Outreach Card Verification

Thank you for contacting USF OTIEC to request verification of an Outreach Training card issued by USF OTIEC.  In order to verify the card, please email a copy of the front and the back of the card to be verified to: usfotiec-cards@usf.edu.

USF OTIEC will provide a response to the verification request within two (2) business days.
